Complaints

At BestDrive by Continental, we take great care of our customers, but sometimes, things don’t always work out as we’d like.

If you are unhappy with a recent BestDrive experience or have a complaint about any aspect of the business or the service that you have received, please advise us as quickly as possible by either contacting the relevant Branch Manager, sending written details to Head Office or by email to bsu-IE@bestdrive.ie.  To help us resolve your query as soon as possible please ensure to include your contact details, vehicle registration and the date of the transaction.

We take all complaints seriously and will always thoroughly follow-up your feedback. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
